Barbara will share several methods to prepare fabrics for applique, and easy placement of applique pieces without marking the background. Learn a method of applique with a variety of stitches (no needleturn), on a portable project to sew anywhere by hand. Learn Buttonhole Stitch, Buttonhole Wheels, Stem Stitch, Chain Stitch, Anchor Stitch, and several knots. Sew smooth curves, soft points and corners. Feature your favorite fabrics embellished with contrasting threads. Dip into your fabric collection or have fun shopping for the latest fabrics.
