In just a few hours you will learn to make this rug from one Jelly Roll (or scraps of 2-1/2" strips) and a batting roll of strips.

1 Jelly Roll of 2-1/2" width of fabric strips (or 42 2-1/2" width of fabric strips)
1 jelly roll of batting (can purchase pre-cut pack, or cut your own)
Sewing machine in good working order with a zig zag stitch
Size 14 - 18 Jeans sewing machine needle

Plenty of bobbins and matching thread

Steam Iron & mat (two will be provided in the classroom, but a few more help)

Before class Prep:
Sew your jelly roll strips end to end. Do the same with your batting strips. This will give you more time in class toward finishing your rug.
