Convergence Quilt Class with Barbara Dahlberg

Learn this technique made popular by Ricky Tims. Use novelty fabrics and add borders for a colorful wall hanging. Or make yours with hand dyed fabrics for a blended look that makes a great background for applique. Easy and fun for beginners and experienced stitchers. For the class we will do the Original Harmonic Convergence (Project One in the book). Warning: making convergence quilts is addictive!
Supply List:

Four fat quarters of fabric or enough yardage to cut four same sized squares 14” to 16”. Please read Pages 23-25 and 27 in the book for guidelines on choosing fabrics. It is also helpful to study the Gallery which begins on Page 34 for ideas on how fabrics go together. We will spend some time at the beginning of the class looking at and discussing fabric choices. You may want to bring a selection of fat quarters so that you can change your mind.
