Come join us as we make this cute quilt.  Letitia will teach you how to use the Creative Grids Cat’s Cradle Tool and the Creative Grids Strippy Stars Tool.  Both tools are easy to learn.  The Cat’s Cradle Tool allows you to make the Cat’s Cradle block quickly, easily, and accurately, (two at a time) using squares and rectangles – no little triangles! The best part of using the Strippy Stars tool is NEVER losing your points.  This tool allows you to quickly make floating star points using squares and strips -- no biased edge triangles!  (Happy Dance)

Required Supplies:

• Sewing machine in good working order
• ¼” Foot
• Foot petal, cords, and manual
• Thread and threaded bobbins
• Rotary cutter
• Cutting mat
• Scissors (not just snips)
• Seam ripper
• Pins
• Creative Grids Strippy Stars Tool
• Creative Grids Cat’s Cradle Tool
• Fiddle Faddle Pattern and Fabric listed

o   NOTE: You do not have to make this project scrappy. The fabric choices are up to you.

o   ALSO NOTE:   Please have all of your fabric cut out prior to coming to class. Yes, you really do need 156 (3”) squares of background fabric.
