Off Block Applique Class with Nechama Cox

Using P3Designs Tulip Wreath block, we will be learning the Off-the-Block appliqué method. Using starch and heat allows for beautiful appliqué work. It makes it easy to make a precise block, even for patterns which have layered pieces. This class is a good place for starting appliqué, but also appropriate for experienced stitchers who are looking for a new technique.
