What is Wool Club you ask? It’s a group of people who do mostly hand work (embroidery) on wool or with wool. Some of the members have amazing needle skills while many of us are still learning. We get together to share our projects, talents and lives. We take turns inspiring each other.
Join us to work on your wooly projects. The Club Project this season is a modification of a free Accuquilt pattern. Wool fabric kits will be available (pre-order yours now). We will use the shop’s Go! Big to cut our wool into snowflakes and trees at the July meeting. During the following meetings, we will add decorative stitches and other embellishments to the wall hanging.
Wool Club: We meet monthly to work on wool related projects. We inspire each other, share ideas, learn new stitches and support each other while completing projects. Wool Club members receive special discounts during meetings as well as a monthly free pattern.
Do you have other wool projects to work on? Bring them! Share with us what you are doing. We love Show and Tell!
Other seasonal patterns will also be thrown in here and there, for added stitching fun.No matter what your skillset is, you are welcome! This group is about learning and getting to know each other!
$35 fee includes all 5 monthly sessions. Call us at the shop to register for just one session at $20 each.
