What is Wool Club you ask? It’s a group of people who do mostly hand work (embroidery) on wool or with wool. Some of the members have amazing needle skills while many of us are still learning. We get together to share our projects, talents and lives. We take turns inspiring each other.
In this session, we will continue to hone our needle work while embellishing our versions of Sue Spargo's African Marula Pattern. http://www.springwaterdesigns.com/shop/c/p/African-Marula-Pattern-by-Sue-Spargo-x11794740.htm. At the first meeting, we will pick out our background and coordinate our “stash” with the yummy wools that are available in the shop. We will focus on a variety of stitches throughout the following weeks to include: fly stitches, chains, bullions and more!
Do you have other wool projects to work on? Bring them! Share with us what you are doing. We love Show and Tell!
Other seasonal patterns will also be thrown in here and there, for added stitching fun.No matter what your skillset is, you are welcome! This group is about learning and getting to know each other!
$35 fee includes all 5 monthly sessions. Call us at the shop to register for just one session at $20 each.
